We won! And hot damn this was very unexpected! Favor the Kind was recently chosen by the editors of D Magazine to be the 'Best Gift Store' in Dallas. We are honored and humbled to be given this title. Last year we changed our name and meanwhile we worked hard to fine tune our mission: we want to be a store that puts joy in your pocket. Our product selection goes through a rigorous process to make sure most things can tell a story on their own. Whether it's a give-back brand, something responsibly made, hand-crafted, or just super cute, we have the idea of gifting in mind the entire way. We like to find things that make you laugh out loud while you're in the store. That's our FAVORITE sound! We want to be your one-stop-shop where you can buy a baby gift, something for grandpa, a new home gift, a break-up gift, or a newlywed gift. Being a part of your life's celebrations and milestones is the biggest privilege we have, so to get this reward means a lot to us. Thank you, D Magazine, for the props.
