ROAM Fine Goods is adding part-time SALES & STYLING Captains to the team! This is a fun and rewarding role in the store, with the main purpose to make customers look and feel special. We have big expectations for our Sales & Styling Captains, as they have the most critical job in the company: to create joy for our customers.

Job responsibilities include:

  1. Hosting the store and treating customers like they are special guests at an event
  2. Styling customers with functional inspiring head-to-toe looks
  3. Acting as MOD (keyholder)
  4. Becoming an expert on our brands and products
  5. Managing communication and follow-up with customers
  6. Communicating with Buyers to share feedback
  7. Upkeeping the store’s visual and cleaning standards

A Sales & Stylist Captain:

  1. is enthusiastic about fashion and styling
  2. is servant-hearted and willing to go the extra mile
  3. contributes to Joyville's Kind Culture program
  4. puts customer's needs ahead of their own
  5. is able to work on their feet for 8 hours
  6. has a keen awareness of surroundings
  7. must be available to work weekends (a minimum of 5 weekend days a month is required)

Pay ranges from $19.50-$24/hour and is contingent on leadership abilities, styling, and selling skills.

Part-time Sales & Styling Captains are eligible for employee discount and Joyville bonus program. This position has potential to turn into a full-time role.
