Hello from Joyville! Joyville, Inc. is the parent company for 4 growing retail brands, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Our first store, Favor the Kind, began in 2007 with a flagship store in Dallas and expanded to a second location in Crested Butte, Colorado. ROAM Fine Goods, our fancy sister store came next with two locations in Dallas. In 2024 we launched a sustainable apothecary, general store, and refillery called Earnest John Honest Goods. Lastly, we recently opened our passion project, a give-back kids store called The Friend Ship, inside ROAM to raise funds to send underprivileged kids to summer camp.

We are currently hiring for a Customer Engagement Manager for ROAM Fine Goods, Preston Royal location!
The Customer Engagement Manager is a full-time salaried role and reports to the Store Director. A successful Customer Engagement Manager is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience, styling, and building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships on the sales floor through styling and gift curation
- Cultivate strong relationships with the local community to build brand loyalty and awareness
- Oversee and strengthen customer relationships through outreach opportunities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of store events
- Collaborate with the buyers to ensure product selection is serving our customers
- Manage the store's donation program and budget
- Manage and create merchandising opportunities in the store
- Manage the store's hospitality program
Qualifications:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong retail and clienteling experience.
- Knowledge and love for fashion and styling trends.
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning and execution abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively use company communication channels to align and strengthen standards.
