We are now interviewing for the Store Director position at ROAM Fine Goods, a high-end home, gift, and apparel boutique in Dallas, Texas.

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Store Director with a passion for luxury retail and creating exceptional customer experiences to lead the way. As the Store Director, you will cultivate growth for the store and your team while maintaining a motivating and positive culture. This is a full-time salary position and reports to the Director of Sales and Culture.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by training and empowering the team to provide personalized and memorable interactions.
  • Partner with your team to implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Cultivate deeper relationships with customers by supporting their charitable causes through donations and in-store fundraising events. 

2. Sales Leadership:

  • Work on the sales floor 75% of the time. Store Directors have a leadership day every Tuesday for planning and goal setting.
  • Uphold and manage the Joyville, Inc program called Lanes and Drivers to prioritize the goals of the business and lead the store to abundance. 

3. Team Development:

  • Uphold and manage the Joyville, Inc program called The Building Blocks to ensure you and your team are growing in their leadership skills and career goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team passionate about connecting with and serving customers.
  • Uphold the company standards through kind accountability.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to empower team members to achieve their full potential and grow within their roles.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Oversee a staff of two full-time managers and several part-time support staff.

4. Kind Culture:

  • Promote a culture of kindness and respect within the team and among customers.
  • Uphold and manage the Joyville program called Petals of Kind Culture, which promises: Your days are happy, You feel Valued, Your growth is nurtured, You practice kind leadership, you work for the greater good, and compensation is considerate. 
  • Manage a Culture Budget for staff rewards and team building. 

5. Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily store operations.
  • Direct store communication across departments.
  • Manage the staff schedule.
