Returns, Refunds & Exchanges - Online Only

Joyville Inc.'s online stores will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunded items must include all original tags. Shoes and boots must be returned in their original box. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; on-sale and discounted items will not be eligible for a refund. This refund policy applies only to orders placed on this website. 

Be Golden: We do not accept returns of worn jewelry. Although very rare, if you encounter a manufacturer defect within 90 days of purchase, please contact the store where purchased or email info@joyvilleinc.com. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Please return your purchases to Joyville Inc., 4405 Belmont Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75204. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may also return your purchases in person to our retail locations in Dallas or Crested Butte. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A packing slip or order confirmation will work as proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Upon approval, a refund payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Joyville Inc. may be able to exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email at info@joyvilleinc.com, and we will help arrange the details for an exchange.

Note about Pick-Up Orders: orders that are scheduled to be picked up in store instead of being shipped must be picked up with 7 days of the notification going out to you that it's ready for pickup. We will cancel all orders not picked up within 7 days.
