Shipping Policy:  Free shipping on full-priced orders over $75. Shipping and handling fees apply to sale items and select items requiring extra packing for added protection. Joyville Inc. will process your order within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. We will pack, ship, and communicate your order status to you, and send a tracking number for your package(s). For pickup orders, we will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. Pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification that the order is ready for pickup, or we will cancel the order and return the goods to the sales floor.
